Fresh Flowers, Tasty Treats, and Unique Gifts Await on Galentine’s Day, February 13

SEATTLE – Pike Place Market is the destination for showing love to Seattleites and their beloveds, family, friends, and even pets! The Market is a one-stop shop for romantic dates, one-of-a-kind gifts, and beautiful bouquets.
On Friday, February 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., visitors can shop bouquets from local farmers, enjoy tasty donuts, and with the purchase of a bouquet, receive a free bag of Cobb’s popcorn (while supplies last) and a complimentary Valentine’s card designed by Market artists and residents.
Event Highlights:

Fresh, Locally Grown Flowers: Impress a loved one with an iconic bouquet from Pike Place Market flower farmers. Additional flower vendors will be lining Pike Place for the day, offering an abundant selection for visitors to find the perfect bouquet.
Locally Designed Valentine’s Day Cards: With every Market bouquet purchase, visitors can stop by the tent under the Clock & Sign from 10 am – 3 pm to pick up a free, artist-designed Valentine’s Day card. This year’s cards were created with love and impressive talent from Market artists and our community residents:
– Greta Woodall: Market Resident
– Carlos Mota: Carlos Mota Art
– Ollie Levy: Whalefern Arts
– Kristen Butler: Robot vs Sloth
– Ritu Tilwani: Dot & Dimension

Farm-Fresh Donuts: Don’t miss a special, one-day appearance by 9th and Hennepin Donuts serving up hot, fried-to-order donuts. Their decadent donuts, handmade with locally sourced ingredients, are a must-try. Check their Instagram for the weekly flavor lineup.
Free Popcorn: With the purchase of a bouquet, the first 250 visitors will also receive a free bag of popcorn from Cobb’s Gourmet Popcorn! Cobb’s makes all their popcorn fresh, in-store every day, and is known for their addictingly tasty Caramel Popcorn, Gourmet Cheese Popcorn, and Kettle Corn.
Make this Valentine’s Day one to remember with the charm and seasonal offerings of Pike Place Market. Whether you’re planning a romantic dinner, grabbing a last-minute bouquet, sourcing high-quality ingredients for a home-cooked meal, or finding the perfect gift, the Market is a must-visit destination for both Seattleites and visitors.

Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority PDA
The nine-acre historic district is maintained and operated by the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA), a not-for-profit public corporation created by the City of Seattle in 1973. The PDA supports the Market’s remarkable community by increasing farm and food retailing opportunities, supporting small and marginal businesses, and providing services for low-income individuals. In addition, PDA helps protect the essence of the Market by preserving, rehabilitating and maintaining the buildings within the Market. PikePlaceMarket.org
