Annual Daystall Rules Review

Please find the 2025 Daystall Rules Review schedule and supporting documents for the annual Daystall Rules Review below. This is an annual process conducted by the PDA per the Hildt Licata agreement. Hildt Licata section 10: In January 1985 and each January thereafter, the Authority shall solicit the opinions of farmers, artists, craftspersons, performers, merchants, Market residents, Historic Commission members, and other members of the public and Market community concerning the effect and effectiveness of its rules and regulations.

The packet will be posted here on the website and emailed to PDA Council members. The packet is also available upon request for all other interested parties via email to Daystall Administrator.

COMMUNITY MEETING: Thursday, January 30, 2025: Daystall Community Meeting
Daystall staff will present the rule change proposals and listen to initial community feedback.
