Be Part of the Market eGift Card Launch
The Pike Place Market PDA has partnered with Yiftee, a digital gift card platform, to launch a Market-wide gift card redeemable at any participating business that registers. This is an easy way to attract patrons to your business and establish a broader customer base at no extra cost to you!
2022 Cruise Ship Schedule
The Port of Seattle unveiled its preliminary cruise schedule for 2022, with 296 scheduled sailings bringing an estimated 1.26 million revenue passengers through its two cruise ship terminals.

PDA CO-OP Advertising Program
Stretch your advertising dollars and amplify your efforts by participating in the PDA CO-OP Advertising Program!
PDA active Commercial and active Daystall merchants can participate in various advertising initiatives from print to digital advertising. The business must create, purchase and pay in full for individual advertising projects then submit for up to 50% reimbursement of their advertising cost.
Reimbursement is available on a first-come, first-served basis while funds remain.

Small Business Workshops
The Pike Place Market PDA offers small business workshops designed specifically for Pike Place Market tenants. These workshops are intended to help you learn new skills, gain local customers and plan for sustainability. They are free and open to all Market businesses.
Free Resources for Small Businesses
Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz has partnered with Seattle-based production company Creative Live to launch a FREE online learning platform to help small businesses accelerate their recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The program features more than 400 video lessons, articles, and tools from entrepreneurs.

Special Event Requests
Pike Place Market PDA (‘PDA”) properties are closed to public access after regular business hours and on holidays. The PDA will consider requests from its tenants who wish to reserve building common areas and facilities for special events such as parties and receptions during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Such use is subject to terms and conditions as solely determined by the PDA.
Tenants must complete the event registration/use inquiry form at least thirty days prior to the event.

Upon receipt of the electronic event registration request, the PDA will review the inquiry, and email the tenant to confirm the scope of the proposal along with any special considerations related to building operations, necessary permitting and space availability.
Following the PDA review, tenants must complete and submit a signed event agreement form no less than fourteen days prior to the event.
COVID-19 Vaccine Verification Requirement
As of March 1, 2022 King County no longer mandates diners to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test when dining inside restaurants.

Busker Rules
- Due to the historic nature of the Market, brass instruments, drums, and amplified music are not permitted outside a Market sanctioned event.
- A valid 2022-2023 Pike Place Market Busker Permit is required.
- Market performers should display their permits every time they perform in the Market.
- Busker performances must be played at levels that do not significantly interfere with normal verbal communication of nearby vendors or merchants.
