An Energizing Morning of Health and Wellness in the Heart of Seattle

SEATTLE, WA – Keep those New Year’s Resolutions on track with Pike Place Market’s new Stretch & Savor wellness event happening Saturday, January 31, from 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Start the day off with yoga, catered breakfast and juice, and exclusive wellness shopping and discounts.
Designed for all fitness levels, the Stretch & Savor event will offer mindfulness and inspiration to help locals establish healthy habits. Beyond wellness and shopping, this event also provides an opportunity for Seattleites to meet their neighbors and create lasting connections with like-minded people.
Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets soon, as space for this event is limited.
Event Highlights:
- Yoga Class: The 45-minute yoga session led by Emmanuelle Shih is ideal for individuals of all fitness levels. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
- Catered Breakfast: Following the yoga session, guests can savor a nourishing breakfast prepared by Chef Traci in the Atrium Kitchen and fresh juice provided by rōJō Juice. This is the perfect time for guests to mix and mingle with other attendees.
- Exclusive Wellness Shopping: After refueling, guests can experience a pop-up shopping experience featuring a selection of wellness-focused Market businesses. All attendees will receive a one-time, 15% off coupon to use at any of the pop-up vendors at the event.
The event will take place in the Economy Atrium at the south end of Pike Place Market and is open to guests 18+.
