SEATTLE – This year, the iconic Pike Place Market will transform into a holiday wonderland as it celebrates the 30th Annual Magic in the Market event on Saturday, November 29, 2025, coinciding with Small Business Saturday. Event activities will run from 11am – 4pm with the lighting ceremony beginning at 5pm.
In honor of the milestone 30-year celebration, Market visitors are invited to gather family, friends and neighbors to enjoy one of Seattle’s most beloved holiday traditions. Attendees will experience an immersive celebration across the full breadth of the Market’s nine-acres, with kids’ activities, reindeer free Santa photos, festive décor and a spirit of seasonal cheer throughout.

- Free photos with Santa (line cut off at 3:30pm)
- Live reindeer on-site for a magical up-close experience.
- Wand-making for children and families to craft their own magic holiday keepsake with Shackleton & Shanks
- Color-by-numbers holiday card making
- A scavenger hunt to find the Market Elves with chances to win prizes.
- Cookie-decorating with Chef Traci of Atrium Kitchen, sweet fun for all ages.

This evening-market edition invites visitors to shop handmade treasures, enjoy free Santa photos, seasonal treats, live music and a beer garden hosted by Old Stove Brewing in the MarketFront Pavilion.
