WithTheRain is an Indigenous-owned business that creates SLUGS fleece rain boot liners and Two Summer Tunic Dresses. Owner Rayana White is Tsimshian & Haida. She started making SLUGS fleece rain boot liners about 12 years ago in her hometown of Ketchikan, Alaska.
Rayana makes her products from upcycled materials using recycled sweaters for the tops of the SLUGS fleece rain boot liners and preloved T-shirts for her Two Summer Tunic Dresses.
You can find Rayana’s boot liners on her table year-round and her Two Summer Tunic Dresses in the summer and spring.
