Donate Hearty Soups & Protein Bars Now through December 31
In continuing our work to support social services in Pike Place Market amid the recent federal food benefits crisis, we are hosting a food drive throughout December. We have partnered with four Market businesses to serve as collection sites for our Fill a Bowl, Fuel a Day Food Drive benefiting the Pike Market Senior Center & Food Bank.
Now through December 31, anyone is welcome to bring cans of hearty soup or shelf-stable protein bars to businesses during regular operating hours and drop them directly into the labeled blue bins on-site. At the end of each day, donated food will be collected and delivered to PMSCFB staff. We encourage everyone in our community to contribute and participate as they are able.
Business Collection Sites:
- Folio – 3rd floor of the Economy Market, 93 Pike St #307
- Open 10am-5pm, Closed Sundays
- Pike Place Fish – directly under the Clock & Sign, 86 Pike St
- Open 7am-5pm daily
- Hellenika Cultured Creamery – north end of Pike Place near Virginia St, 1920a Pike Pl
- Open 10:30am-6pm daily
- Old Stove Brewing – next to the Overlook Walk entrance, 1901 Western Ave
- Open 11am-9pm daily
