Kate Endle of Kate Endle Illustration & Fine Art uses a truly original style of multi-medium art to create collaged canvases, prints, home décor, paper products, and children’s books. (She is the illustrator for the Caspar Babypants album covers.) Along with her collage art, Kate creates fiber art wall hangings, painted decorative wood rounds, and occasionally ceramics can be found on her table.
She’s been illustrating professionally for over 25 years and is influenced by Japanese and Inuit folk art, vintage illustration, and funky thrift store finds.
Kate creates her original collages with hand-painted and printed papers, along with decorative papers from Japan and India. Each piece is cut, glued, and embellished by hand. Once her artwork is complete, she scans or photographs the original to generate prints in her studio. They’re printed on Epson Velvet Fine Art Paper using archival inks guaranteed to last up to 250 years—so the art won’t fade, and the paper won’t get brittle or yellow.
No matter what you might purchase from Kate Endle Illustration & Fine Art, you know you’ll be getting a piece that is incomparable to the rest.
