Pike Place Market Celebrates the 15th Annual Flower Festival during Mother’s Day Weekend

Celebrate Mother’s Day with Pike Place Market’s Flower Festival: Special Shopping Offers, Live Music, and 35+ Local Flower Farmers

SEATTLE, WA – Pike Place Market is excited to announce its 15th annual Flower Festival, taking place during Mother’s Day weekend from Saturday, May 13 through Sunday, May 14. The festival celebrates the beauty of spring with a vibrant display of flowers and plants, as well as live music, food, and special shopping offers.

Over 35 local flower farmers will be participating in the festival, showcasing their beautiful blooms down Pike Place and sharing their expertise with visitors. The festival will feature a wide variety of flowers, including tulips, daffodils, irises, peonies, and more, all grown locally from King, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties.

Shoppers will be able to enjoy a special shopping offer! The first 500 shoppers each day that spend $50 or more anywhere in the Market’s local shops or dining destinations can bring their receipts to the “Event Information” tent under the Public Market Center Clock & Sign to receive the limited-edition Pike Place Market Flower Festival tote bag (while supplies last)*.

The festival will showcase the incredible talent at Pike Place Market with live music performances throughout the weekend on the farm truck, as well as food and drink options from local vendors. For those looking for unique gifts for Mother’s Day, explore the entire Market for one-of-a-kind handmade treasures, special meals or artisanal goods.

The Flower Festival is free and open to the public and runs from May 13 through May 14 from 11:00am to 4:00pm each day.

  • Early Bird Flat Rate: Enter one of our below garage entrances by 9:30 a.m. and exit any time before 9 p.m. for a $13 flat rate.
  • Evening Flat Rate:Enter one of our below garage entrances after 5 p.m. and exit by 2 a.m. for a $7 flat rate.
  • Low Hourly Rate: $4 per hour up to the first 4 hours.

*Combined receipts from multiple stops for a total of $50 or more are accepted. Receipts from May 13 must be returned to the “Event Information” tent by 4pm on May 13 to redeem on Saturday, and receipts from May 14 must be returned by 4pm on May 14 to redeem on Sunday.
