* Updates to Directory pages will be reviewed and published within three hours if made between 9am – 4pm Monday through Friday. Updates made after 4pm Mon-Thurs will be reviewed and published the following day. Updates made after 4pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be reviewed and published on Monday.
Construction Projects Information
Stewart Street SPU Construction – This project, led by Seattle Public Utilities to restore the road following emergency sewer work, is expected to be completed in November 2025. View latest updates here.
Limited Access Zone on Pike Place – As of April 23, the Market PDA is collaborating with SDOT to activate an access management plan and help mitigate nonessential vehicle traffic on Pike Place during the SPU construction project. The PDA is encouraging all businesses to provide their feedback in the survey. View latest announcement and survey here.

The 2026 – 2027 Daystall Rules Review is an annual process conducted by the PDA per the Hildt Licata agreement.
