Each experience INCLUDES:
• 90-120 minutes VIP TOUR of Pike Place Market, visiting Chef Traci’s favorite spots, and includes some delightful sips and nibbles
• 60-90 minute HANDS-ON cooking class (but if you want to sit and watch, you can do that too!)
• 30-60 minute LUNCH or DINNER
• All welcome nibbles, appetizers, non alcoholic beverages, tastes & sips along the tour, all ingredients for a customized cooking class
• Estimate 3-4 hours for the complete experience
• All class menus are created at the start of class and take into consideration individual dietary preferences and allergies (please note: the kitchen is not a gluten-free, nut-free facility, however menus may be customized to omit nuts, gluten, and/or dairy)

We will begin our tour at the Atrium Kitchen at Pike Place Market. Enter the double doors at 1433 1st Ave. (Adjacent to DeLaurenti Food & Wine). Walk down the steps near the Atrium Kitchen.
