Built on generations of family tradition, Riccio’s Sausage Company brings a taste of Calabria to Pike Place Market. Owner Stanislao “Stano” Rodolfo Riccio uses techniques passed down through his family, making Riccio’s rotating selection of locally made sausages a must‑try for Market visitors.

Stanislao emphasizes the importance of high‑quality, locally sourced ingredients, many of which are found right at the Market. These ingredients shine across a menu of sandwiches, housemade focaccia, pasta, vegetables, and other seasonal offerings. Guests can choose from hot or cold sandwiches: hot options feature a choice of sausage flavor (hot or mild Italian, or hot or mild Calabrian) paired with a variety of roasted and grilled vegetables and other toppings, while cold sandwiches highlight assorted cured meats served on fresh, house-made focaccia. The menu also includes a growing crowd favorite—lasagna!

Customers can round out their meal with savory marinated vegetables or purchase them in bulk to enjoy at home.
