Owner Jack Mathers’ 40 years in the fish business has given him plenty of experience on what makes pristine seafood, which you’ll be sure to get at Jack’s Fish and Chips.
Using fish directly from the their fresh seafood counter, Jack’s Fish Spot, ensures that their menu is as fresh and delicious as possible. Everything down to the tartar sauce is made completely in-house and fresh daily.
From deep-fried fish and chips, raw oysters, and grilled salmon, to clam chowder, cioppino, and steamed Dungeness crab, we do seafood right!
Jack is a Seattle native who has spent years on fishing boats in Alaska and in fish processing plants. He then started Jack’s Fish Spot in Seattle’s Madison Park. Soon after, The Spot moved to the historic Pike Place Market where Jack has been daily since 1982.
