John Coons and Jonah Wheeler, DOUBLE INDUMBNITY

Sparkling chanteuse John Coons and adult performer Jonah Wheeler return to Seattle with a new evening of queer frivolity, original songs, and unhinged mashups. At turns hilarious, horny, and heartbreaking, these two punslingers will stuff you full of queer joy like a reverse pinata. Following up John’s dark comedy BLEAK at Seattle Town Hall in 2023 (and performances with the 5th Avenue Theater, ACT Theater, and the Seattle Symphony), partner-in-life-and-performance Jonah now throws his Broadway-arranger-turned-adult-star hat into the ring. Described as “something between late-night cabaret, avant-garde therapy, and a fever dream from too many espresso martinis,” John and Jonah have been touring all the very gay places – Provincetown, Puerto Vallarta, New York City, San Francisco– and descend on the Rabbit Box on Sept 20.
