Over the years, Marlo and his cooks have researched recipes to create the tastiest food. Always striving to make the highest quality food possible.

El Chito uses fresh, organic ingredients, sourced from Alvarez Organic Farms and other organic Washington farms, to ensure the highest quality tamales.
