About The Project
The Heritage Display Project is a partnership initiative with the Pike Place Market Foundation, Friends of the Market, and the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA), with funding support from 4Culture.
This community-designed exhibit explores the deep and rich history of Pike Place Market and the stories of the people and communities woven throughout the Market’s history. The six murals and five kiosk displays honor and celebrate the people who came before us, and the people who continue to make the Market the treasured community it is today.
