The owners of Pizza & Pasta Bar are longtime locals whose passion for authentic Italian family recipes moved them from working in architecture and finance to opening their own restaurant. Recently remodeled in 2019, their intimate eatery serves hundreds of customers every day in Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market.
Each morning, they prepare their homemade sauces, pizza dough, and meats from scratch. Nothing comes out of a box. Their food is carefully paired with Washington State wines and they keep two local brews rotating on tap.
If you dine with them, you’ll notice that their tables are ornamented by fresh-cut flowers bought directly from farmers in the Market. They obsess over the little details, and that’s what drives their success.
