Market House is designed for families with 51 HUD subsidized units, each with 100% under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Market House was built in 1984. It was originally owned and managed by Seattle Housing Authority. Pike Place Market PDA acquired this building in 2005.
