Welcome to your Co-Op Advertising Program’s Toolkit. Stretch your advertising dollars and amplify your efforts by participating in the PDA CO-OP Advertising Program!
The goal of the Co-Op Advertising program is to drive customers to the Market. This program covers offsite advertising content that helps drive customers to the Market and does not include onsite signage or content. Please see specific platforms for rules that apply.
PDA active Commercial and active Daystall permit holders can participate in various advertising initiatives from print to digital advertising. The business must create, purchase and pay in full for individual advertising projects then submit for up to 50% reimbursement of their advertising cost. Reimbursement is available on a first-come. First-served basis while funds remain.

Advertising Platforms that Qualify:
Social Media Advertising
- Carousel Ads on Facebook or Instagram.
Email Marketing
- E-newsletter inclusion (must have a minimum of 50 valid subscribed emails)
Print Advertising
- Print Media advertiser must distribute to a wide area and include multiple distribution outlets/areas.
- Newspapers and Magazines
Co-Op Advertising Reimbursement
Commercial Business Details
- Must be open at least six days a week
- Eligible to receive up to $700 annually
- Digital: Social Media Advertising – up to $400
- Digital: Email Marketing – 3 times, at $75 per email and up to $300 total per year
- Print Ads: Newspapers and Magazines – 50% of total ad placement cost
Daystall Business Details
- Must be actively selling at the Market according to current daystall attendance rules
- Eligible to receive up to $350 annually
- Digital: Social Media Advertising – up to $200
- Digital: Email Marketing – 2 times, at $50 per email and up to $100 total per year
- Print Ads: Newspapers and Magazines – 50% of total ad placement cost
Submit a Co-Op Advertising Reimbursement
Submit monthly: Reimbursements will be processed on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
The final deadline for calendar year 2024 ad subsidy reimbursement requests is January 8, 2025 or until funds are gone (whichever comes first).
Please check all ad requirements and use the checklists to ensure you have met all the qualifications.

Social Media: Carousel Ads - Insight Reports
The report should show results and amount spent. You can use the “reports” button to build a custom report or follow the simple instructions below. Save your report as PDF to upload for reimbursement.
- Go to Ads Manager.
- Click the Columns dropdown menu.
- Select Carousel Engagement.
- Click the Breakdown dropdown menu.
- Click By Action.
- Select Carousel Card.
Email Marketing
- Include with your reimbursement how many emails it was sent to, the open rate and click through rate on the PPM graphic (at least 5 days after sending the email).
Print Ads
- Attach the paid invoice
- Print Ad creative required

The logos provided below may only be used in conjunction with promoting a Pike Place Market PDA Business location here at Pike Place Market in a Print Advertisement. All other uses must be approved by PDA Marketing. This logo should not be used for or by anyone outside of Pike Place Market PDA businesses.
