Baiana is a Brazilian restaurant in Pike Place Market owned and operated by Food Network champion Chef Emme Ribeiro Collins.
Baiana’s mission is to expand what people think of when they think of Brazilian cuisine. While Brazil may be known for steakhouses and pão de queijo, Baiana highlights the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of Northeastern Brazil, where Chef Emme’s family has roots.
The cuisine of Bahia reflects centuries of West African, Indigenous, and Portuguese influence, creating one of Brazil’s most distinctive culinary traditions.
