About Us

Since 1963, Lina Constantino has owned and operated Constantino’s Produce, one of the oldest produce vendors in Pike Place Market. Lina began working at the Market when she was 23, the day after she landed in Washington following her immigration from the Philippines.

The next year, her infant son Donnie joined her. Lina tucked him into a banana box so she could run the stand while tending to him. Over the years, Lina’s four sisters and five brothers have all helped out at Constantino’s Produce, among many other extended relatives.

Almost 60 years later, Lina can still be found in the main Arcade of the Market. Donnie can be found there too, having outgrown the banana box his duties have increased. Lina and her family have accumulated a large base of loyal customers throughout the decades.

Be sure to stop by and pick up some fresh produce from Lina on your next Market Day.⁣
