These tours are led by Friends of the Market board members and volunteers.\nThey’ll take you on well-worn paths through the Market’s main shopping areas and back passageways as you learn about history, unique artwork, and the hidden features of the nation’s oldest continuously operating farmers market.\nThe Friends of the Market played a vital role in saving Pike Place Market from demolition in 1971. Learn more about their history!\nSaturday Morning Market Tours\nWhen*\nMay, June, July, August & September\nTime\n8:30 – 10:00am  (Meet at 8:20am)\nWhere\n Pike Street Market entrance.\nUnderneath the iconic Public Market Center Clock & Sign (Map It)\nAccessibility\n Moderately challenging for wheelchairs due to the cobblestone street and several steep city blocks.\nCost\n Advance ticket purchase is required. Please book well in advance; tours are limited to 10 people. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled as your space is guaranteed for that tour.\nAdult – $18\nSenior (65+) – $12\nChildren (6-12) – $10\nChildren under 6 – Free\nBOOK A TOUR\n \n*Tours are held every Saturday in May, August, September, and October. In June and July, the tour dates are as follows: June 6 and June 13; July 11, 18, and 25.\n\n
