Include, as appropriate, lists of merchandise, foods, and menus, including suggested prices. Also describe how your specialty business might fill a niche by being unique. You will be contacted if your application suits our needs.
Typically, leases are executed for a period of one to three years, with the length of time at the sole discretion of the Pike Place Market PDA. Rent is structured according to location, space size and use within the Market. The Market is in a Historic District and all Market businesses must adhere to MHC guidelines, as administered by the City of Seattle.
